short walk nice bathroom
the location was great. it was a short walk to town. the bathroom felt lovely and everything was nice and clean.
the soundproofing was not sufficient. we shared the floor with a family room, and their door needed repair because it created a terrible noise each time it opened.

on-site parking owner snacks steam train tracks
Parking was available at the hotel , which was helpful. I appreciated the snacks left by the owner , a nice touch. The location was very close to tracks for seeing the Jacobite steam train.
I found the house very noisy , movement and sounds were easily heard.

The room was very clean. The bedding smelled fresh, and it was lovely not too strong. Cupcakes and fruit were a nice touch. I really needed something sweet after dinner!!! The neighborhood was lovely for walks. The Great Glen Way was easy to access.
The room was very expensive for what it included. There were no facilities available, and the bathroom was shared. Staff did not show their face at all. I left my headphones in the room. Staff did not reply after the headphones were mentioned.

clean room tidy room small sink limited space
The room was very clean and tidy. Supplies for coffee and toiletries were available. It was also convenient for visiting nearby areas by car.
The family room felt quite small. The sink in the bathroom was too small to fill the kettle. These aspects affected the overall convenience.
