ABSOLUTELY charming stay!

The breakfast included fresh, homemade bread EVERY morning. I loved it. The room was nice and neat. It had all ESSENTIALS. I enjoyed seeing the horses and ponies, along with the resident sheep.
The room WAS a bit small.

The hotel offers parking right outside the front door. This made access simple. The grounds include fields and animals, offering a REALLY tranquil environment. The whole building looked very clean.

Breakfast features a full English option, cooked to order. Fresh eggs come directly from the farm. I loved the large china teapot and matching cups. This made breakfast special

some issues with the room

ceiling cobwebssticky toilet seat
the room i got felt cramped. it was the "beautiful double room" so i expected more. there were also cobwebs on the ceiling. it looked like housekeeping missed a few spots. there was something sticky on the toilet seat too, like a spill had dried there.

the breakfast was good, and i appreciated the freshly baked bread.
I was disappointed with the room size. It felt quite small. i also noticed some cobwebs on the ceiling and a spider in the bathroom. something was spilled and dried on the toilet seat, unpleasant.

the host made freshly baked bread available this was acceptable.
the mattress was excessively soft with a noticeable slope i found this unacceptable. mismatched fabrics were used throughout the room this was a design flaw. i also found thick cobwebs present in the bedroom which was not clean.
