unattended hoteldirty remote control
I wasn't exactly thrilled to find no staff around at night. An emergency phone number is nice, but it gave me a slightly eerie, alone-in-the-hotel vibe. the remote control looked like it hadn't seen a cleaner in ages. and let's not forget the lovely surprise of finding the previous guest's leftovers in the toilet. it was just... charming.

I found the beautiful double room quite spacious. It had very comfy bed. the shower room was modern, and everything felt very clean. water and biscuits were a lovely, thoughtful touch.
i was not aware that there was no staff on site overnight, this.

Two kitchens provide ample space. they provide all equipment. This meant we could shop upon arrival. this really kept everything simple and relaxed.

the room included a good supply of hot drinks and bottled water. there were lovely big towels for use. i also had wardrobe space.

the hotel is a walk into the town center. it is convenient for pubs, restaurants, and shops. this makes it easy to get any essentials you might need.

We appreciated the family room. It worked well for us. it had twin beds for our boys and a separate room with a large bed. this gave our sons security and us space.
