large desk clean bathroom
I found the location excellent with its proximity to the station and the high street with cafes and shops! the room was spacious. I had a big bed, cupboard space and a large desk. The wi-fi worked great. the bathroom was very clean and had a strong shower. I appreciated the kettle with cups, tea, and coffee.
the room could have been a bit bigger, but that's a minor thing!

The location is quite good. My room was clean and had all necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful during check-in.
The room felt a bit outdated. The bathroom was quite small, like something you'd find in a caravan. The carpet had an old-fashioned red pattern.

uncomfortable sleep patterned carpets
the staff were friendly, acceptable.
my double bed was actually two singles pushed together! this made for a very uncomfortable sleep since i felt the gap right in the middle. the old fashioned red patterned carpets were also not my thing. they really need some updating!

quiet stay near the elizabeth line
friendly staff ample parking convenient location comfortable bed
the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i found ample parking available at the hotel, a great convenience. the location is excellent, being a short walk from the main rail line... the elizabeth line is very close. the room was super clean and the bed very comfortable.
the shower head height was a bit low, not ideal for someone taller.

the staff provided a warm welcome and maintained a helpful attitude throughout my visit. they were quick to address any questions i had. i felt very well taken care of.
