i enjoyed the central location, so close to green park. i loved that i could walk to many tourist spots like buckingham palace. the staff, they were friendly and professional. the room, it was very clean.

the reception area felt a little uninspired, it wasn't my favorite. my bedroom had no hooks, that was annoying for coats. i was waiting a while for postage for my nightdress i left behind.

the location was central and within walking distance from many must see's.

upon arrival, THEY gave me a disabled room and it was cramped. it was ABSOLUTELY freezing, too. they had no rooms available. the mini bar was NOT a bar and had no decent drinks in it.

The beautiful double or twin room was fine. the bed was comfortable, even better than my own. the bathroom included a great shower, bathrobe, and slippers.. i particularly appreciated the many mirrors and charging points. the mini-bar had tasty snacks and soft drinks. the staff were very nice. Everyone was friendly, cute, and professional.
