central location easy access fly in egg dismissed complaint
The location was central, providing easy access to the main attractions. I appreciated being close to shopping districts.
The breakfast was disappointing. I found a fly in my egg yolk. I messaged the staff but they dismissed my concern as an inconvenience. This experience made me reconsider future stays and dining at the restaurant.

good quality helpful staff friendly staff
breakfast had good quality. i liked how breakfast is 'a la carte', this reduces wastage. the staff were friendly and helpful, it was nice.
i think they should clarify how to get in, the entrance by the hotel sign was locked.

central location friendly staff delicious choices
the location is superb, right in the heart of everything!!! the staff showed genuine friendliness and were helpful with directions. the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious choices, so i was set for my day.
the bathroom lacked a shelf for toiletries, so i had to keep them on the floor.

mixed feelings about this stay
room temperature noise level
the breakfast was good and included tasty products.
the room was too warm, even with the window open all night. the noise from outside kept me awake as a result. also, i found there was only one of everything provided like one towel and one mug, inconvenient.

varied breakfast helpful staff
the breakfast offered a good variety, a positive start to each day. the staff members were always available and willing to assist, a testament to good service. i found the location ideal, awesome for easy access to nearby attractions. i appreciated the cleanliness of the room i was staying in.
I found the noise levels from adjacent rooms quite noticeable. The walls seemed thin. this occasionally disrupted the peace, particularly during late hours.
