the room was tidy. the bed felt very comfortable. the location helped me get to my conference the next day. the staff were great because i had booked for the wrong night. they managed to re book me into a different room.
the shower was a little tiny.

I wasn't thrilled to find it was a 'self-service' setup. I only learned this after paying. we received many automated messages. I found them hard to understand. the shower was quite small..

the room was very clean and the bed felt very comfortable. milk was provided in the communal kitchen, which i appreciated. i received a text message containing my room number and access code, so a key was not required.
i couldn't find bbc 1, 2, or itv on the tv despite trying for ages.

i found the room nicely furnished. the twin bedroom was very clean and neat. i appreciate the provision of a communal guest area. it's a great option if you prefer not to stay only in your room.
the shower felt small. the hotel has been updating, but overall the look and facilities are somewhat dated.

the beautiful apartment offered ample space, perfect for quiet moments. the kitchen was well equipped, it held everything needed for simple meals. the self check-in was straightforward, a welcome ease after a long journey. i found the lock code provided very convenient.
a minor inconvenience, the tv setup proved a bit tricky at first. it needed some initial adjustment to work properly. everything else was flawless.

Fantastic Apartment Stay

I found the apartment very spacious and super clean. The communal guest area offered a lovely space, so I did not have to sit only in my room (it was wonderful). The bed was comfortable, and the room was well-equipped (i am Grateful). Self-check-in was also super easy.
All communications were automated and there was no one on-site, a surprise to me. I think maybe clearer communication could help in the future.
