constant noiseserious problem
The noise was a big problem. A constant, loud noise, like a ship engine, was present day and night. Staff mentioned it was a known issue, yet they did not inform guests before arrival. This seriously affected my sleep and overall stay. I was thoroughly disappointed.

Amazing Location and Spacious Suite!

The location was perfect for exploring! The suite had a great layout with two separate bedrooms. I really enjoyed the modern, clean design of the entire place. The space was super tidy. We could store our bags after checkout which was very convenient.
The antiquated air conditioning unit was a bit noisy, it did wake me up a few times during the night.

My room was a good size with a small kitchen area! Though there weren't many utensils available, the linens were good quality. A big, modern shower was definitely a plus for me.

The staff was friendly and helpful at check-in. They offered to hold my bags since I arrived early. Check-in is in the restaurant. It is important to know if you arrive during off-hours!

The hotel is in a vibrant area. Many restaurants are nearby. It was easy to walk almost everywhere! Public transportation and airport access were also convenient.

The location was great. Many restaurants and shops were within walking distance.
The room was noisy. Music from a nearby restaurant continued late into the night. I called, and the music stopped shortly after (it should be off at 11 PM). The rooms are above a very busy restaurant. Potential guests should know this.

Excellent North End Stay

The location was superb, placing me right in the heart of the North End. I found the little lounge and kitchen area convenient. A microwave and fridge were included (very practical for leftovers).
I did not find an elevator available.
