I appreciated the extensive breakfast buffet. It had such high quality! Free parking was valuable, especially since it is so rare in Switzerland. The staff were always so friendly, going above and beyond to assist guests. I think it is very important!
Housekeeping did not clean the room properly one day. Crumbs were left on the floor, and toilet paper was not refilled. This oversight impacted the stay. I hope improvements are made to cleaning consistency.

The apartment had a spacious design and a well-equipped kitchen. I found everything i needed. the restaurant offered very good food and service. free parking was ample, both indoors and outdoors, a detail i greatly appreciated. the views were amazing. They stretched across the landscape beautifully.
The wellness area, while lovely, could have benefitted from a few more loungers near the pool. It felt a little crowded at times.

The on-site parking was free. My room housed a safe. The kitchen had all equipment. The view of the mountains overlooking the lake from the balcony was amazing, and I enjoyed it every morning. The spa facilities were excellent.
