The staff seemed accommodating. the location is close to the scottish borders. Rooms was nice and neat, that was important. i liked the shared kitchen. It was spacious.
the room and en suite were small. i thought the walls were thin. i could hear noises from other rooms. There was no breakfast available, a minor disappointment.
