friendly staff great location professional service blocked sink warm room leaking ceiling
The staff were amazing. Tom, the concierge, was so friendly. Ovi in the restaurant was professional. The location is great near the river.
The sink was blocked. Rooms were warm. I woke up and the bathroom ceiling was leaking. Water dripped through the light fitting.

slate inlay night light
The room had a night light in the bathroom, a nice touch. I also found an inlay of slate in the desk for hair tongs. The bed was very comfortable. And the cleanliness was excellent.
The rooms were very warm.

sky tv helpful staff excellent location
i really enjoyed the sky tv and apps within the room it was a great addition the whatsapp facility was also useful staff were very helpful and polite. the location is excellent too close to many attractions and restaurants.
the rooms were very warm i needed to adjust the thermostat a couple of times during the night

not entirely super clean
thick dust scottish receptionist
the hotel had valet parking, i guess that's nice if you really hate walking.
i spotted dust, a thick layer of it, on the furniture. it's almost as if cleaning is optional. also, the scottish receptionist didn't smile once. i thought that was their default setting.
