the location is excellent. dam square is very close. shopping is also very close.
breakfast is rather basic. the hotel is rather overprized. rooms are old style. sound insolation is not existing, i heard everything on the street.

the breakfast area was a joke. cramped space and limited choices really made mornings a hassle. they did not replenish items quickly enough either... i ended up skipping it a couple of times. i hate starting the day stressed.

the hotel is centrally located. i could easily walk to shopping streets and the dam. a huge supermarket was also steps away. the room included an electric kettle. we received fresh towels each day.
sound isolation was limited. i could hear street noise.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. they were always ready to assist with directions and recommendations. i appreciated their positive attitude. the team ensured a smooth stay.
