I had dinner at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The food was excellent. I ordered the Balmoral Chicken and a pizza, and both were very good. I would come back for dinner.

The bedroom was near the carpark, laundry, kitchen, and bin area. That was not ideal for views or morning quiet. The website showed a Scottish castle-style house, though the hotel was on a street. I found this misleading.

The room I got was not good. Seats in the dining area had obviously not been cleaned. They were stained. I told one of the employees, but they didn't seem to care. I found it hard to enjoy my meal.
