The hotel was close to the metro station! making it easy to get around, i found a friendly and helpful receptionist, a bonus. The breakfast offered many choices. That was a plus. The room was clean and adequate! I appreciated the expresso coffee in the lobby.

I found that the carpet in the room had stains. It was off-putting.

Mariana at reception gave a warm welcome, which I appreciated. My room had lots of space and was CLEAN. The balcony offered a GOOD view facing Vitosha mountain. THE hotel is near the main railway station, which simplified travel.

The breakfast was good. The mattress and pillow were THE best I have encountered in a hotel. It was very quiet.

The receptionist wasn't helpful when I checked in. I reached around midnight and I had to go to another parking area. He made me wait until he checked me in and didn't give proper instructions.

The hotel is near the metro offering convenient access. I found the room quite clean. Breakfast included a large variety of food. Staff members Maria and Suetlozar were very attentive and courteous.

The room's card stopped working each time I left, so I needed to get it fixed repeatedly.
