The guide provided in the room was very helpful (i used it to find some local gems). The staff demonstrated attentiveness throughout my stay. The room included quality amenities. The bed offered really good comfort. I found the breakfast excellent. It had many choices.
My room lacked an iron, though an ironing board was present (minor inconvenience).

The mattress in the room felt old and worn, it offered very little support. An iron was not present, yet an ironing board was available. There was also no fan, only instructions for requesting one. This made for a particularly uncomfortable night, compounded by the room's excessive heat.

i found the staff good and very friendly. the location was ideal for exploring. i especially appreciated the beautiful artwork displayed throughout the building, it really added charm. the provided wine was an excellent recommendation.

easy parking gorgeous building friendly staff accommodating service
The room was really easy to find, and the parking included was a massive plus! the building is just gorgeous, and our room was super lovely. i would stay there again if i'm ever in that area. The staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating too. they helped us with any questions we had and were even nice enough to mail back my charger, which i had left behind!
I noticed the room was too hot! it was impossible to fully open the windows. I wish there had been a fan available to make the room more comfortable.

I found the breakfast to be excellent with many options. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect.
The car park seemed to lack enough spaces. I noticed chipped paint around the room. I thought the decoration seemed tired and scruffy.
