Wonderful Hospitality and Prime Beach Location

warm welcome high-quality ingredients great location
Sue's welcome was heartwarming. She immediately. The breakfast featured great options for those needing gluten-free choices, alongside high-quality ingredients, including fresh mushrooms and perfectly poached eggs. The location was great, it was just a short distance from the esplanade.
The entrance to the building was a bit faded, with some marked wallpaper in the hallway, which did affect the first impression slightly.

fresh milk breakfast basket marked wallpaper empty flower pots
My room had a nice mini fridge stocked with fresh milk. Breakfast was served in a basket. I found a lovely sourdough breakfast roll. The location is near Greenhill Gardens, also close to Preston Beach.
The entrance was run down. I saw marked wallpaper in the hallway. The flower pots were empty. I found the room to be disappointing.

An Acceptable Stay

amazing breakfast clean room traffic noise tired room
I appreciated the breakfast. It was amazing with a choice of hot breakfast rolls, pastries, yoghurt, and fruits juice. The room was clean. Tea, coffee, and biscuits were topped up everyday.
Our room overlooked a busy main road. We experienced a lot of traffic noise. The room looked very tired (chipped paint and holes in the plaster).
