I found the lack of air conditioning in the room unacceptable! I had requested an early breakfast to accommodate my work schedule. This request was met with inflexibility. I ultimately missed the meal due to staff miscommunication.

The breakfast was fabulous , with perfectly cooked items and fresh ingredients. The room decoration was lovely , with the bathroom with a decent sized bath and a rainfall shower. We found fresh milk in the room , alongside tea and coffee making facilities.
I noticed a little dust on the window sill.

The staff was friendly , explaining the menu and presenting canapés with detail. Chef Mark prepared an element of our dessert table side , engaging in conversation with us. The service team was skilled , pleasant , and attentive throughout our dinner experience.

I had a wonderful experience . The breakfast offered many options, a great start to the day. The staff showed attentiveness making sure I had everything I needed, I felt very welcome.
The stairs to the rooms needed better cleaning. This was only a small issue.

i was really looking forward to my stay, but a few things let it down. the breakfast started quite late at 9:30 am, which didn't suit my schedule at all. also, even though there were only a few guests, our breakfast took ages to arrive!!! i think the sausages suffered because of this, they were really overcooked. it's a shame as it did affect the overall experience.

The room was way too small. only one person at a time could walk around the bed. i wouldn't rate this as a five-star hotel. It felt more like a b&b. the price was just too high for what i got.
