the room provided a spacious en suite with both a bath and a separate rain head shower. toiletries were available. the room included tea and coffee making facilities plus biscuits. all public areas featured a high standard of decoration.
the bed pillows were quite hard.

My visit was quite nice, improved with a room upgrade upon arrival. The Muker room was beautifully decorated. It included everything needed for a comfortable stay. Dinner at the hotel exceeded my expectations, and the service was excellent. Breakfast offered a good selection. It started each day wonderfully.
The hotel's decor felt somewhat unusual upon arrival, with a distinctive and strong cooking smell throughout the common areas.

Our room featured a spacious layout. It included two comfortable armchairs and a small table. The large windows allowed plenty of natural light. They also gave views of the surrounding landscape. The room had a well-stocked minibar and a modern television.

great staffleopard print carpetjarring decor
the staff were great and nothing was too much trouble for the manager.
I found the decor inside quite jarring. Leopard print carpet clashed with the wallpaper and overall created a strange atmosphere.

They are friendly and skilled. The room upgrade to Muker was such a nice surprise. The food at the hotel was superb, and the service was excellent.
The carpet in the bedroom was not the cleanest ever.

The restaurant featured high-quality cuisine with locally sourced ingredients. I ate a cod dish. Breakfast included a selection of hot dishes, toast, jam, fruit, yoghurts, cereal and juice.
