Really good Hospitality and Beautiful Surroundings

The staff displayed warmth and welcome from arrival through departure. Oana, the breakfast lady, was very friendly and made every effort to ensure my satisfaction. The check-in process, managed by Wendy, was seamless and professional. I also enjoyed a good dinner at the hotel.
I thought the pizza could benefit from sourdough crust and there could be more snack options at the bar.

an joyful and cute stay!
cute hotelgorgeous roomdelicious food
the setting was fine. the hotel felt cosy and cute despite bleak weather, and it reminded me of a true haven, complete with an open fire in the entrance hall. we were shown to our gorgeous room (room 1), it was really clean and had real charm with a lovely boutique feel. the food was delicious and blew my socks off!!!

finding the hotel was difficult there was little signage i missed some signs due to the light i understand it was drawing in
