The front desk staff was very friendly. They provided useful wine pairing suggestions. The Wellington dish was also very nice. I found the spiced apple crumble dessert to be heavenly.
I found no fans available during a hot weekend. The windows also did not close completely. There was no air conditioning present. I also noticed excessive road noise because the windows could not be fully shut.
