The breakfast had a great choice and the service was good.
I found the boot room and kitchen not very clean. The farmhouse was cold. I had hoped for a warmer welcome. I think the owners need to pay more attention to the cleanliness.

a really good stay
spacious roommodern bathroomnice viewfriendly dogs
our room was spacious and furnished appropriately for the house. the bathroom was large and MODERN. a NICE view was present from the bedroom window. i loved the two friendly dogs that greeted us. they were always ready to play, and i thank the host for that.
the boot room seemed a little grubby on first IMPRESSION.

the hotel features extensive grounds suitable for leisurely walks. guests can access a full sized snooker table in the games room. family rooms, lounge and library are available for Guest use if they wish.

the host provides a cute atmosphere. breakfast includes home reared pork sausages and bacon. guests can also enjoy conversations with others over breakfast at a large communal table so its not lonely.

the breakfast included locally produced items and tasted fine.
The boot room looked grubby. the kitchen also seemed tired. additionally, the farmhouse felt cold. I expected better temperature control. it was disappointing and detracted from the experience.
