The staff were very accommodating. They addressed my queries with understanding. on arrival, i was met with a smile during check-in, and my cases were carried to my room. the room itself was pristine. It had beautiful decorations and a super comfy bed.

The breakfast room was lovely, a good start to the day.
The television did not work in my room. The signal kept dropping out. The WiFi also did not work at all. These issues made relaxing in the room difficult, especially in the evenings.

The rooms are pristine. They are beautifully decorated and quite spacious. The provided drinks tray included bottled water and good caramel bars, which i found to be a lovely touch. The food tasted great and the portions were generous. The desserts were AMAZING.
The church bells rang loudly three times every hour. This made sleep difficult.
