the front desk service was very good ami and bobo were helpful with my needs i stayed here before in 2024 and booked again the location is very good and staff are helpful as always. staff were really great the place was clean and very central for what i wanted

the location is really good i found several food and drink options very close. the staff was helpful with directions and suggestions . check-in and check-out processes were quick. i especially appreciated the air conditioning system in my room, it worked very well.
one VERY small issue was that the vending machines only accepts local payment methods.

I had a smooth and enjoyable stay thanks to the convenient location, clean room, and friendly employees. the hotel's proximity to public transport, restaurants, and shops made exploring very easy. cherrie, ami, karen, and horace were cute and helpful throughout my visit. I really appreciated their excellent service.

the location was perfect with easy access to public transport. i appreciated the proximity to central station. the staff offered useful tips, i found them helpful, especially concerning local eateries (i went to some of those!).
i noticed the hotel feels a bit old, and some room updates would really improve the experience. it wasn't a major issue, but fresher decor would enhance the stay significantly.
