The room was recently refurbished, it looks very modern. there are many places for food around the area. I found this very useful.
it was chilly in the room even with air conditioning turned off though they promptly provided a heater.

The location was fantastic! I could easily reach many attractions by walking. The staff was always friendly and went the extra mile to assist me. I got a room upgrade. It was a pleasant surprise!
The minibar was empty, disappointing. I expect it to be stocked for convenience.

The hotel's location is very convenient for accessing transportation. Bus stops and subway stations are nearby. The airport express is just outside the door, a HUGE plus. This makes getting around effortless.

i contacted the hotel before my arrival. i needed help with directions from the airport. the instructions i received were detailed, it saved me money since i could take a public bus. they also accepted packages i ordered. the staff gave me good directions to nearby restaurants.
i had to pay again during check-in. they said they would refund the original amount later. the interior design felt very dated to me.
