the room had a large living room. it also featured a mini kitchen, which i found very convenient. the bathroom was spacious with a great powerful shower. the air conditioning worked effectively.
I requested late check-out but was told the hotel was fully occupied. strangely, i was then offered to extend my stay for half a day. the breakfast quality was disappointing. The teriyaki chicken was hard and dry. the stir-fried dishes were either too salty or bland.

a sweet escape

The king room harbour view featured a very comfy bed and linens. a spacious bathroom included two separate sinks. i also loved the rainfall shower, it felt so luxurious. the harbour view was amazing. I could see the water twinkling at night. the room had an iron and ironing board. This was very useful.
the gym had limited hours, a bit difficult to fit in a workout.

The café offered a diverse buffet with a large selection of food items. victor, the manager, was very courteous and responsive to requests. He made sure the meal was really enjoyable. the overall quality of service was really good, and the vibe was great.

The hotel has convenient access to transportation. it is next to a university. This made commuting easy. the location is close to public transport via a train station. also, it's near a beautiful waterfront promenade.

The front desk reception was super enthusiastic. They ensured all information about hotel amenities was clear. the hotel cleaning staff was helpful and quick when i had an accident. i appreciated the great service during my entire stay.

the hotel features a beautiful outdoor swimming pool. there is also a well-equipped fitness center for guest use. the hotel provides complimentary use of the sauna. i really loved those options!

slow check-indirty carpet
the check-in process felt slow and the receptionist did not seem very attentive, i didn't feel especially welcomed. also, the carpets in the room seemed quite dirty. i think they require a more thorough deep cleaning. Otherwise the room looked unkempt.
