I found the room newly decorated, and a good size. the bed was large and comfortable. furnishings were of good quality. I particularly appreciated the super clean bathroom with a decent sized shower. they are very dog FRIENDLY.
the room lacked a proper wardrobe, offering only five hangers on a rack, somewhat INconvenient

the room included a hairdryer, a fan heater, and bathroom amenities. A hospitality tray also provided tea, coffee, hot chocolate and water, including custard creams.

the staff were friendly and accommodatingwith a cute atmosphere. i made an off menu request for a side salad during dinner, and this request was gladly fulfilled for a family member.

the hotel faces the sea. therefore, beautiful views are available. the area felt very historic. Seaton sluice harbour is worth a visit, i thought!

the location is very good. it's close to the beach, harbour and seaton delaval hall. the room size was good and breakfast was excellent.
my room could have been better. it was the only one not upgraded. the windows had not been cleaned outside for ages, and there were grease marks on the lamp shades.

the food was amazing, with big portions. the menu choice had great variety. the rooms seemed clean, bright and comfortable to me.
the tables in the restaurant were sticky to the touch. the floors also felt sticky, i noticed. the bed was not very comfortable because the mattress had broken springs.
