I am so grateful for the perfect service I received. The breakfast buffet presented many varieties, and everything tasted fresh. I want to thank Warishah specifically. She was friendly. Erhan also deserves recognition for his hospitality at breakfast each day.
The gym was slightly smaller than I expected, but it still had enough equipment for a complete workout.

The staff provides prompt and efficient room service. They greet guests warmly, and escort them to the car door, when departing. Front desk personnel are helpful with directions and recommendations for local attractions. I appreciated their help.

The breakfast offered various choices, so much so that I found fresh options daily. Staff members showed attentiveness, ensuring tables remained clean and ready. I appreciated the hotel's central location. Major sights were easily accessible.
The rooftop bar prices were quite elevated.

the hotel is near the blue mosque and hagia sophia it is about a five minute walk the tram station of sultanahmed is about seven minutes away i found the family room comfortable and the staff pleasant the food and beverage staff were always available to help me.
i found that rooms were not as advertised the room we had was quite small and several things needed repair the shower seals were flapping around the soap dispenser leaked and the shower head was faulty

the rooftop restaurant offers convenient dining with a ten percent discount i noted the restaurant provided decent quality food and that the pide was a very good choice for a meal.

the breakfast manager was helpful he took care of us throughout our stay i observed that all the staff were helpful however the manager stood out due to his willingness to assist us.
