The superior room ceiling had an original style. It transported me back a few centuries. The hotel location is very central with only one bridge from the rialto vaporetto station. The house is on a canal and rooms face the courtyard, offering great quiet.
The furniture looks used. There was NO access point to put the kettle. The hotel access was very poor. I crossed three sets of stairs of bridges instead of one from rialto bridge vepporato taxi stand.

I was a bit let down by a few things. the breakfast buffet lacked variety. Almost everything seemed pre-packaged. my room faced the courtyard. i noticed noise from other guests arriving late and going to their rooms. also, there was a musty smell in my room that i found unpleasant
