some issues detracted from the experience
dismal courtyardunpleasant smells
the room i booked looked nothing like the photos i saw the window faced a dismal courtyard making the room dark all day and night constant light was necessary plus unpleasant smells drifted from the courtyard it was impossible to open the window for fresh air without enduring those odors this was disappointing

the location was really great. i walked to shops and restaurants easily. the room was super clean! the shampoo smelled amazing too.

The hotel's location is excellent. It is very close to major attractions and offers a quiet atmosphere. Check-in and check-out were easy because the staff was helpful (they helped me with my luggage!). My room was beautiful and well-appointed. It gave me a place to relax after exploring. The staff kindly held my luggage on my last day, made things much easier.

The hotel is conveniently located near many shops and restaurants. The tourist attractions at St Mark's are only a 15-minute walk away. The geographical area is very nice, and the city canals are easy to navigate with the vaporetto system for water transport. A two-day pass is ideal.

The staff was nice, letting us check in at 11 am since our room was ready, perfect after a long journey. The staff was very friendly and always available to provide directions and recommendations for local eateries. I appreciate their attentiveness.

The breakfast was wonderful (especially the pancakes!). Opening the window and seeing the canal was a delight. The breakfast room offered ample seating, and the buffet included both hot and cold options daily.
