I received a complimentary upgrade upon my arrival. The reception area was indeed very nice. Staff members are helpful. I found the room very spacious and it featured nice, medium density mattresses. The hotel has two sizable pool areas. A pool bar also served food. The hotel is next to the beach.

I had a nice room. It came with a balcony that showed the pool and sea. The room had good equipment, was clean, quiet, and modern. The pool area was amazing with sun beds and parasols.
The buffet did not have enough choices for food in the evenings. There was not a large selection of drinks available either. I was expecting a better selection.

i was charmed by the overall experience! the hotel presented a modern, well-kept aesthetic, and everything was clean and spacious. we easily secured parking and found the hotel grounds very pet-friendly. the studio suite we booked included two bedrooms, a lounge, two bathrooms, and a good balcony with views of the sea, it was exactly what we were looking for.
the pool bar selection was somewhat limited, i must admit.

This place is great. It has access to the promenade. there are easy walks with shops and restaurants within about 10 minutes. driving to almeria and cabo gato national park is very easy.

the reception team was very friendly and always polite. staff promptly addressed our request to change rooms upon arrival. i found the staff to be quite helpful which was a pleasant surprise.

I found the food options disappointing. the buffet lacked variety and the quality seemed subpar. the service in the tapas bar was also not great. We waited a long time for our order, and when it arrived, the food was cold..
