mixed feelings about the stay
early morning noise cramped breakfast
it started early each morning. the noise ruined any chance of a peaceful stay. i also found the breakfast area too small. It felt cramped. the food selection was acceptable, but maneuvering around other guests was difficult. i expected more space in a hotel of this supposed caliber.

Central Stay with Ancient Baths
convenient location easy access
The hotel location proved convenient for accessing various attractions. I appreciated the close proximity to the cathedral , monastery, and castle. The short walk to shops and restaurants also enhanced my experience.
The room lacked privacy because of the bathroom's glass door, which allowed full view from the bedroom. The sink and mirror placement in the bedroom felt impractical. This setup diminished the overall comfort.

fine pool helpful staff spa discount
the room was perfect and the rooftop pool area IS fine. the hotel staff gave us directions to a nearby car park where we left the car for the duration of our trip as everything we needed was within walking distance. i was offered a 25% discount on any spa treatments when i checked in too.
the breakfast is on the roof terrace tiny space and you have to book the time you eat

Really good Experience!
thermal pools central location
The spa baths are very nice. I enjoyed thermal pools and a steam room. A salt bath and jacuzzi baths were also included. Guests receive up to 25% off spa prices when staying at the hotel. It is a real bargain. The hotel is centrally located. There is easy access to bars and restaurants.
There were no instructions in the room. I had trouble operating the safe. I also did not know where to find pool towels

The staff members were friendly and helpful. One receptionist, Mina, went out of her way. She organised another room for us to stay another night after we were told the hotel was full. This level of service impressed me.

A Wonderful Hotel Experience!
l'occitane products central location
I liked that the rooms had L'Occitane products in the bathroom. The hotel's signature scent, Orange Garden, made everywhere smell really nice. I especially liked it in the baths. The hotel's location is excellent and close to great food, too! I had a two-minute walk to dinner because of this excellent location.

Good location, minor drawbacks
dark stairs unsafe decking
The hotel's location was a real highlight. I loved how close it was to various tapas bars. Mina at reception helped us extend our stay when the hotel was supposedly full, a testament to her dedication.
I found some aspects of the hotel a little disappointing. The stairs entrance was quite dark, and I had some trouble seeing when opening doors. The decking on the terrace needed some repair as raised boards made it unsafe. I tripped in the different areas twice.
