Really good Experience!

The spa baths are very nice. I enjoyed thermal pools and a steam room. A salt bath and jacuzzi baths were also included. Guests receive up to 25% off spa prices when staying at the hotel. It is a real bargain. The hotel is centrally located. There is easy access to bars and restaurants.
There were no instructions in the room. I had trouble operating the safe. I also did not know where to find pool towels

The staff members were friendly and helpful. One receptionist, Mina, went out of her way. She organised another room for us to stay another night after we were told the hotel was full. This level of service impressed me.

A Wonderful Hotel Experience!

I liked that the rooms had L'Occitane products in the bathroom. The hotel's signature scent, Orange Garden, made everywhere smell really nice. I especially liked it in the baths. The hotel's location is excellent and close to great food, too! I had a two-minute walk to dinner because of this excellent location.

Good location, minor drawbacks

The hotel's location was a real highlight. I loved how close it was to various tapas bars. Mina at reception helped us extend our stay when the hotel was supposedly full, a testament to her dedication.
I found some aspects of the hotel a little disappointing. The stairs entrance was quite dark, and I had some trouble seeing when opening doors. The decking on the terrace needed some repair as raised boards made it unsafe. I tripped in the different areas twice.
