wide variety comfortable bed guest lounge
The breakfast included a wide variety of options. I found the location convenient. It was easy to reach nearby restaurants. The room was freshly decorated and the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed having access to a guest lounge to relax in.
The floorboards in the corridors were quite creaky.

I appreciated the drying room. It was very helpful for ski gear. The location was near everything. The staff made breakfast early for us, I liked that.
I found that the room was not cleaned to the very highest level.

fantastic stay with friendly faces
warm welcome good shower friendly staff
The staff gave us a very warm welcome. my room included a good shower. breakfast offered fresh fruit, tea, eggs, and bacon, all freshly cooked. i found the room quiet.
the tv in my room was very small. but that wasn't a big problem

the twin room had comfortable linens and bedside tables. a desk with a light was also available. generally, the room and whole guesthouse was well maintained and finished to a high standard.

Breakfast had many good choices. i especially enjoyed the superb breakfast that was well managed. the staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. i would especially recommend mark's homemade pancakes. They were delicious.

cleanliness and excellent breakfast
clean room comfortable room friendly staff good food
the rooms were very nice and neat. the staff at breakfast and dinner were friendly and helpful. the food was good with a fair selection. there was an accordion player one evening and a well attended quiz night another night , a good laugh.
the walls are paper thin , i could hear other guests' conversation in the next room. also, the floorboards in the corridors and on the main stairs were very creaky.
