the staff arranged early breakfasts when i needed. they also arranged an extra night for me at short notice. the breakfasts were delicious. the staff were very friendly and helpful.
the room was very small and there were no chairs. i had nowhere to sit in the room. it was not comfortable at all to perch on the edge of the bed with a cup of tea.

I found the towels excellent, fluffy and large. pillows were so comfy. I slept really well. good parking was available and i found an excellent location for walking to a good restaurant. It was a convenient option.
the outdoor seating was very uncomfortable! i wish there were more comfortable options available, maybe some cushioned chairs or a better-designed area. i would have spent more time outside.
