the staff were friendly and helpful. the location was convenient, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. the bed and pillows were very comfortable. i also appreciated the cleanliness after the first night, a very good service indeed.
the air conditioning was too warm. i tried to adjust it, but it seemed pre-set. there were no screens on the doors, so i couldn't sleep with the doors open.

The hotel offers discounts at muddy's cafe across the street with a room key. the cafe is conveniently located. it is a good option for a quick meal or coffee . I found it very pleasant.

the shower lacked adequate water pressure, and it took a while to get hot water. the bathtub did not appear very clean. these issues negatively affected my experience.

the room was not properly cleaned. i found hair in the bathroom. the noise from the street kept me awake half the night. its terrible.
