amazing views and super staff!
great excursions clean room lovely view
The staff was super accommodating and suggested great excursions. they helped us book them, it was great. the room was very clean. I thought the hotel itself was too. i also really liked the lovely view of the caldera and volcano from the hotel.
the breakfast could potentially be better, though there was a variety of options!

Really good Stay with Amazing Views!
modern rooms advantageous location breakfast staff
The hotel features modern rooms that are clean. The location is advantageous, with proximity to the town center. I found this proximity very useful. I was impressed by the sunsets from the hotel. The breakfast staff were very hospitable. I felt at home each morning.
I did notice that the hotel lacks an elevator. This meant navigating a number of stairs. It proved a bit tiring. It would be nice to see this improved. I think I would appreciate easier access between floors, even though I understood that that was a constraint.

My Villa Ianthi room included a spacious layout and contemporary design elements. I found it very elegant. I also took advantage of premium bedding and plush towels. I also valued the complimentary minibar, restocked daily with a variety of beverages.

The hotel is positioned near central attractions. I had quick access to local shops. I appreciated the easy access to several points of interest. The bus stop near the hotel provided seamless transportation across the island.

The staff demonstrated attentiveness. I experienced prompt responses to every request. The breakfast service was notably efficient and friendly. I planned my days easily.
