The room upgrade to a Junior Suite was a total win! The bed had quality linens, so sleeping was awesome. I also appreciated the delicious breakfast with varied options.

the room was spacious and had a british style which was acceptable.
i was frustrated by noise from the street it seemed to have poor insulation i could hear neighbors through the walls they provided earplugs in the room but my sleep suffered. breakfast was also limited and below average considering the price.

amazing stay!

This beautiful hotel gave me a magnificent three nights. i really enjoy eating in both restaurants. The steamboat was special. i took a really fun walk in the forest with madi to learn about jim thompson. ottan took me on a walk too and knew everything about plants and animals. It was awesome. i'll stay here again when i visit.

The hotel includes a well equipped games room for families with children. I saw several families spending time there. the hotel features japanese koi carp in the ponds. Those fish were calm and beautiful. the hotel has a timeless and elegant atmosphere too.

This place is in a perfect spot for exploring tea plantations. I saw strawberry farms close by too. tanah rata is easy to get to by taxi. Grab is another option. a local night market was easy to reach. I tasted a lot of local food there.

Our junior suite was wonderful and clean. The beds were comfortable. the bathroom includes a big shower. the room was quiet. The balcony had flowers on it.

Staff members were always helpful and courteous to me. anji answered our questions with patience and gave us great recommendations for food and activities. sugi accompanied us during the valentine's day picnic. He was very friendly.

i enjoyed the hotel staff. they were genuinely lovely. the hotel features a snooker table and planter chairs. i found these touches quite nice.
the road outside was noisy. i was given ear plugs because of it. the breakfast was also limited.
