chaotic breakfast area ignored room request
The breakfast area felt chaotic. Staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, and I had to ask repeatedly for cutlery. my request for a room with a decent view went completely ignored. So much for a relaxing stay!

The hotel provides umbrellas in every room, very convenient. A robot delivered items to my room. The staff was great. I appreciated the bottled water.

The hotel is near the Yuyuan Garden metro station, providing easy access to multiple metro lines. I found many attractions to be within walking distance, including Nanjing Road (a short walk!). This made exploring the city convenient.

Solid Choice Near Key Attractions
large park mrt station breakfast selection convenient location
I found a large park directly across from the hotel , a plus. The MRT station is only a short walk away , about 6-8 minutes. Breakfast included both Western and Eastern options , with some variety each day. The walk to The Bund and Nanjing Market Street took me about 15 minutes.
I noticed some basic English skills at the front desk , and , made communication a bit challenging.

the location was okay and close to a 7-eleven store.
the staff during check in, not friendly at all, really disappointed me. this hotel, it considered a budget hotel, so keep expectations low.
