The check-in process was quick. Annie at the Reception was helpful during our check-in. She addressed all our questions efficiently. She ensured our experience was comfortable.
I found that the room temperature could not be adjusted. This was a considerable inconvenience. The hotel should address this to improve guest comfort.

Breakfast offered many choices and a comfortable environment. Local restaurants served good Chinese food nearby. The Chinese BBQ restaurant had delicious roast duck and goose at very nice value.

The hotel is just off the People's Square station. It was approximately 25 minutes walk to the river. The hotel is near shopping malls. Metro station is also close by.

the hotel location impressed me. it sits near shops and metro lines. the room had great space. the gym offers various equipment open at any time. breakfast included many tasty options changed daily.
the air conditioning made some noise during the night. it was hard to adjust it for a silent night.

the location is amazing. it has an entrance directly into a big shopping mall. it is very close to the metro and the world famous nanjing road pedestrian street.. what more can you ask for? the hotel is luxurious and well maintained.
the staff overcharged me. they also took a deposit, which they have not yet returned.

the location was quite convenient (i liked being so close to the subway station). the room was spacious and clean, though not as luxurious as i expected.
I had some issues with the air conditioning. I couldn't adjust the temperature, so the room was either too hot or too cold. the concierge service was not very helpful either. I asked for directions, and they just told me to take a taxi.
