the grounds are extensive and feature a large garden. this hotel provided 24/7 security and cctv. the breakfast had many options.
i found that i could not leave my luggage one night before check-in. my room was also not ready upon my arrival after check-in time. the hotel staff tried to give me another room, but mine seemed to be prepared for me after all.

the gardens were amazing. i saw kind service from the breakfast and garden staff. beds were excellent and i enjoyed so many amenities.. there were pools, hot baths and a paddle court, all arranged with taste and style. the location felt peaceful.
the allocated room felt small. it was designed with no toilet door.. it was a real issue. the manager offered a room upgrade, but at a huge cost, which we declined. a temporary screen was discussed but never materialized.

the food was delicious, i ate a vegetarian pasta. it was the best. the sunset view was great from there. i got clear skies to enjoy it.
the hotel had no umbrellas with sun beds at the pool. pools are too small. the carpets needed refurbishment, and this was a real issue.
