helpful staff pleasant dinner central location
the staff demonstrated really good helpfulness (from the receptionist to the porters). the bistro on the eighth floor provided a pleasant dinner venue. the central location offered proximity to the hop-on hop-off bus stop number five.
the hotel entrance is not appealing.

clean rooms lovely breakfast air conditioning hair dryer
the rooms were super clean and spacious. we loved the breakfast it was so lovely! the staff went the extra mile! my birthday felt extra special because of it. i can't wait to be back, back, back!
the air conditioning didn't work. the hotel was fully booked though. they couldn't move me to another room i guess. there was no hair dryer in the room either! the coffee machine wasn't working. it was an issue with the plug point.

friendly staff eager staff clean place good breakfast elevator shaft constant noise missing hairdryer room location
The staff were friendly and eager to help. My room was neat and clean. Breakfast offered what I would expect from a hotel of this level.
The room I had was next to the elevator shaft, so it was quite noisy. I found it difficult to sleep because of this constant noise. There was no hair dryer in the room, which I needed.

The room was spacious , it had everything I expected at this level. Breakfast included fresh fruit , i found this a nice touch.

some issues
unreliable elevators street noise
the elevators were quite unreliable . also, i noticed some noise from the streets nearby. a bar next door seemed to contribute to the disturbance, particularly late at night.
