The staff were friendly and eager to help. My room was neat and clean. Breakfast offered what I would expect from a hotel of this level.
I found it difficult to sleep because of this constant noise. There was no hair dryer in the room, which I needed.

The room was spacious , it had everything I expected at this level. Breakfast included fresh fruit , i found this a nice touch.
The hotel entrance looked somewhat unpleasant.

I liked the convenient location near the waterfront area. breakfast was plentiful, and the coffee was good. It was a nice way to start the day. the staff were helpful. They offered good recommendations for local attractions. i appreciated that they arranged our airport pickup, it was super helpful.

our beautiful room included a king-sized bed, it ensured a restful night. there was a separate seating area in the room. the bathroom included nice toiletries and fluffy towels.

The reception is located on the eighth floor. It gave amazing city views. there is a bar and restaurant next to the reception. This makes it easy to grab a drink. we could leave our luggage after checkout.
