The location was right along the canal. It was a few blocks from the main belltower. Canal tour boats passed by often during the day.
The toilet was completely blocked the whole time. Despite reporting it, the issue was unresolved. The flooding in the bathroom was quite unpleasant.

The building's isolation was nonexistent. I could hear a family with kids in the next room. It sounded like they were right in my living room. the toilet constantly ran, refilling with a loud noise every thirty minutes. It was difficult to sleep properly with these issues.
