central location super firm bed helpful staff poor lighting dirty shower too big brush

the location was really central i could walk most places. the bed were super firm that was great. staff was helpful about dining around here.

the light in my room was so poor its hard to see. the shower cubical needed deep clean it look a bit grotty. the toilet brush are too big and the toilet pan gets dirty easy.

The location was GREAT! I found it very convenient to be so close to everything. The staff was helpful and gave me AMAZING restaurant recommendations. It.

I noticed cobwebs around the ceiling of my room. It was a minor issue, but it did detract from the overall cleanliness.

central location comprehensive overview suggested place list ample surface

The location was very central. The staff provided a comprehensive overview of the city including events happening . I appreciated that they had a list of suggested places posted on the wall. The room had ample surfaces and hooks (i really appreciated this thoughtful detail).

The steep staircases were a little challenging with luggage.
