Superb Stay!
great facilityfriendly staffbasic amenities
The hotel is near Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi, easily accessible. The facility is great. I definitely recommend families to stay here. The reception staff were very friendly and could speak English well. Also , I could get free coffee, tea, water, basic amenities, and even hand warmers!

The location is fantastic, very close to the main area for exploring. You can easily walk less than 3 minutes to the main streets. The metro is nearby as well , about an 8-minute walk and easily accessible with luggage.

The staff is helpful. Connecting rooms are available , which is great for families. The receptionists are fluent in Chinese , thus making the check-in process really smooth for many guests.

the bed felt huge and i slept so well the room was spotlessly clean i adored the inclusion of pajamas and slippers. the staff showed warmth and attention at every turn breakfast felt special. the matcha tea as a drink choice was a sweet touch adding to the overall delight
the air conditioning seemed a little inconsistent with the humidity outside

i appreciated the helpful staff, especially with directions. i loved the complimentary coffee, drinks, and snacks (what a treat!). the communal area downstairs had ample seating, and the microwave plus water stations were a great addition.
the air conditioning seemed centrally controlled, so it wasn't always as cool as i preferred, even in my super clean room.
