My room was spacious. The air conditioning worked very well. Our rooms were clean. Employees came daily to tidy them. They restocked the bathrooms each day. The staff were friendly and always ready to help us cross the street. I thought it was a great experience. The breakfast buffet had lots of choice daily. I enjoyed the variety and different options offered each day.
The mattress and pillow felt worn. The pillow was out of shape. The mattress was uncomfortable and it sunk in the middle. This impacted my sleep quality .

The staff were helpful. They assisted with crossing the street. The staff at check-in were friendly. The room cleaning staff was also friendly. I found their support valuable throughout my stay.

i enjoyed the complimentary paparazzi photo shoot a lot. the front office staff fixed any issues quickly. the pool area has nice gardens. m mart is close by, it was convenient.

the hotel has a spacious area with a well kept landscape. towering coconut trees dominate creating a serene tropical ambiance. beachfront access is very nice, it allows for scenic sunset walks. the elegant beach club offers a relaxing atmosphere with sea views.
the food at the restaurant was mediocre. breakfast had many options, but weren't tasty. the bread was not nice. the coffee was very weak, which i not liked.

The pools were beautiful. The outdoor areas had well kept gardens. snorkeling was available right in front of the hotel.
it was disruptive and detracted from relaxation. the noise and obstructed views were disappointing.
