attentive staff three pools italian restaurant
the staff were attentive. the hotel has three pools and three restaurants. dining at the italian restaurant was a must, it was lovely scenery.

peaceful beachside stay
friendly staff wonderful villa dining option great recommendation
I found the staff kind. They smiled and chatted during every interaction. the villas, pools, gardens, and rooms were all wonderful (i especially liked the ocean view). dining options was so nice. i even tried the pistachio tiramisu and asked for an orange digestive, a great recommendation.
some balcony furniture seemed ideal for photos, but it wasn't very comfortable for actual use. (a minor thing, really).

the resort features three distinct swimming pools, each offering a unique setting, and a spa provides massages (i enjoyed the massage). the hotel also organizes trips to the gili islands, offering convenient excursions.

my ocean view room included a comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom with dual sinks, and a private balcony where i could watch the sunset. the room also had a well-stocked minibar and a safe for valuables.

fresh food oceanfront position busy road village prayer
The breakfast had a lot of choices. The food tasted fresh and delicious. The resort also boasts a prime oceanfront position with accommodation only on the lower levels. This makes it easy to get around.
The resort is directly on a busy road. I heard the noise from the villas at the front of the hotel. The local village prayer began on my first night at 1 am. It continued through almost the whole day until 2 pm.

a dreamy escape
fantastic food amazing service relaxing pools great design
i loved the fantastic food at the bar. service was wonderful. the pools were amazing, so relaxing, and everything felt special. rooms had great design.
the wi-fi signal wasn't always strong in certain areas, a tiny thing though.

There are three pools to use. Each pool had comfortable sun loungers around it. the hotel offers a spa with a wide range of treatments. the grounds had beautiful art pieces throughout.

the staff offered very nice support, anticipating needs before i even voiced them. the service was consistently attentive without being intrusive. every staff interaction was positive and genuine.

The resort is situated near senggigi beach, accessible by a short taxi ride. there is a small convenience store just up the road. This allowed for easy access to basic supplies. several restaurants were nearby.

excellent pool friendly staff fantastic spa old room outdated room unpleasant smell
The resort features three pools. I found them ALL excellent. The staff displayed a VERY friendly attitude and were always ready to help. The spa provided a fantastic experience (I tried the aromatherapy).
The room looked somewhat old. It looked outdated. The air conditioning did not function optimally in the room. I noticed a slight unpleasant smell inside.

beach location helpful service
The hotel sits right on the beach. the LAYOUT of the hotel kept it from feeling crowded. I appreciated that there were several pools available. The staff provided helpful service. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
