amazing grand canal garden!
convenient locationrelaxing gardenfriendly staff
The location was very convenient, near the train station. This made arrival easy with luggage. the garden overlooking the grand canal provided a relaxing escape from the crowds. i really appreciated the helpful and friendly staff, especially their local restaurant recommendations.
the bar closed quite early, a bit of a shame as i would have liked to have a drink in the garden later.

Breakfast was available and it was nice to sit next to the grand canal. This can be a bit noisy at times, with all the boat traffic starting early, but it's also interesting. the hotel does not have a restaurant, but the reception gave good suggestions for nearby options. i was thankful.

The hotel is close to the venezia s. lucia station. This made transport simple and quick. the area around the hotel is calm, despite being close to main transit points. i could easily walk to many attractions, it was very easy.

The location near the santa lucia station proved quite useful. i could quickly access transportation options. i really enjoyed the garden facing the grand canal. It was relaxing after long days. the staff provided helpful directions and advice.
The walls seemed thin. I could sometimes hear neighbors. this affected the tranquility of the room at times. i think thicker walls would improve the stay.

The staff members were attentive. They assisted with directions and luggage. the breakfast service included fresh pastries and coffee. i felt welcome and well cared for . The service was great, very attentive.

The room contained two bedside tables with reading lamps. climate control maintained a constant temperature. the beds offered good support, i had very restful nights of sleep. The room was very clean.

Proximity to santa lucia station makes this location ideal. transportation to major attractions is easy from here. restaurants and shops nearby add convenience. The area is generally quiet and safe.
