The included parking WAS pretty handy.

I was bummed to discover the walls are paper-thin, I could hear everything from the street noise to conversations in the next room ALL night. The constant noise made SLEEP impossible.

the location was definitely convenient. i could walk easily to cannery row and the wharf from the hotel. parking was included too, helpful. our room also featured a spacious bathroom.

the staff entered our room on the second day without a request. we made two trips to the car to get our belongings from the room. when we returned, maids were already cleaning and removed our belongings.

i stayed in a room with a fireplace! the heater was a great addition since the weather turned chilly. it was really handy to check in using just my phone (i loved that feature!).

the hotel called me to say they needed to clean the carpets right away, even though my belongings were out.
