excellent stay at the palazzo
queen suite excellent location marble floor nice view
the queen suite had ample space. the location offered convenience. i found the facilities quite good! the marble floor in the bathroom added a touch of beauty. the view from my room presented a nice scene.
The bar had a high minimum charge of $50. they charged extra for ice. It felt a little excessive.

decent stay
location friendly staff many restaurants breakfast credit parking lot ev charger
the location was completely worth it. it had everything i could need for a weekend. i could walk to attractions and restaurants. the staff were friendly everywhere i went. there were so many restaurants of all price points. i loved the sphere.
i booked two nights with amex fhr, but breakfast credit was no longer accepted at grand luxe cafe. the $100 fhr credit is valid only at specific restaurants. the parking lot organization was a disaster. it took over half an hour to search for where the ev chargers are. there are zero signs in the entire parking lot.

unorganized check-in rude staff
the location were acceptable for accessing nearby attractions.
check-in felt unorganized, i waited a long time only for them to say my initial room wasn't ready. they offered another room, but it didn't feel like it matched what i had reserved. later, i saw some staff treated guest rudely during check-in, , made things worse.

the king suite included two separate sinks in its spacious bathroom it also featured a rainfall shower. the pool area offered ample seating with twenty loungers available

adequate stay with some issues
wrong room unauthorized charges
the queen suite was quite spacious, acceptable.
The front desk initially allocated us the wrong room. It was already occupied. it took a long time to resolve this error, causing considerable inconvenience. the mini bar had several unauthorized charges when we checked out.

spacious room polite staff wrong room long time
The rooms were spacious. The staff was polite. I enjoyed the gym and its equipment. I also found Starbucks conveniently located on the premises.
The check-in process sent me to the wrong room. It caused an inconvenience. I had to return to the front desk to sort things out. Room service took a long time.

A Comfortable Stay
larger rooms on-site gym dry rooms wrong room
The rooms are larger than average hotel rooms. This detail is one reason I like this hotel. The gym is on site. It is super close to shops.
The rooms are dry. I know the climate is arid, yet waking up feeling parched is not ideal. Check-in sent me to the wrong room. I then had to walk back with my bag.
