Underwhelming stay. Check-in issues and faulty amenities
slow check-in broken tv
the monorail connection at the hotel was acceptable and provided an easy access to other parts of the strip.
the check-in process took way too long and the staff was unhelpful. the room i booked wasn't available, so i was given a supposedly remodeled room. upon entering, i noticed the trash cans were not emptied and the tv didn't work. several outlets also failed to work.
