garden vibe and easy access
quiet vibehelpful staffeasy access
I found the hotel very clean. the garden vibe felt quiet, and i appreciated that it was easy to get around. the staff was hospitable and very helpful. the non-smoking policy is a bonus.
the shower in my room was dripping for a couple of nights making it hard to fall asleep.

my room had adequate space and it was clean. the room also included a view of the strip. i found the king-sized bed to be really comfortable, so i enjoyed a restful sleep each night.

I visited primrose and the waitstaff was attentive! the room service was prompt. My coffee arrived in just eight minutes. i really enjoyed the variety of dining options that were available nearby the hotel.

i enjoyed the tram access to aria and bellagio, a convenient feature! the casino size felt perfect and the staff was friendly and helpful. the location was also great, with easy walking distance to many places.

the room was exactly as advertised, including a view of the t-mobile center.
the absence of a mini-fridge was really noticeable, especially since it's pretty standard these days. i had to actually request one, and they brought it in on a cart. it felt really inconvenient in a room that already had limited space for suitcases (the room was not big at all).

The hotel offered a non smoking environment, that was a plus. it also had a nice selection of restaurants. I liked that. the room i had was also quiet.
The minibar was overpriced. A small fiji water cost $18. a mini bag of cheezits was $14. That's ridiculous. the digital check in didn't work. there were just small issues from start to finish, it really started to add up.

the hotel location proved convenient it allowed easy access to various attractions
i was annoyed by the absence of a mini-fridge in the room i needed it for storing drinks. the room felt quite dated and worn the furniture looked old. also i noticed stained carpets which was unpleasant.
