no-smoking policy excellent location helpful staff
i found the no-smoking policy to be a real plus. the location was excellent and accessible to nearby spots. staff were consistently helpful which i appreciated. the free tram to bellagio was also super convenient.
the lack of a mini fridge in the room was a minor inconvenience. i needed to rent one at an additional cost. it would have been more convenient to have it included.

i enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the primrose restaurant. there are many dining options available inside the hotel. i found the variety to be quite convenient it suited all my cravings.

the hotel features a free tram service to the bellagio hotel. a convenience store is located within the hotel lobby. uber pick-up and drop-off services are easily accessible outside the main entrance which simplified my transportation.

garden vibe and easy access
quiet vibe helpful staff easy access
I found the hotel very clean. the garden vibe felt quiet, and i appreciated that it was easy to get around. the staff was hospitable and very helpful. the non-smoking policy is a bonus.
the shower in my room was dripping for a couple of nights making it hard to fall asleep.

my room had adequate space and it was clean. the room also included a view of the strip. i found the king-sized bed to be really comfortable, so i enjoyed a restful sleep each night.

I visited primrose and the waitstaff was attentive! the room service was prompt. My coffee arrived in just eight minutes. i really enjoyed the variety of dining options that were available nearby the hotel.

mini-fridge absence limited space
the room was exactly as advertised, including a view of the t-mobile center.
the absence of a mini-fridge was really noticeable, especially since it's pretty standard these days. i had to actually request one, and they brought it in on a cart. it felt really inconvenient in a room that already had limited space for suitcases (the room was not big at all).

The hotel offered a non smoking environment, that was a plus. it also had a nice selection of restaurants. I liked that. the room i had was also quiet.
The minibar was overpriced. A small fiji water cost $18. a mini bag of cheezits was $14. That's ridiculous. the digital check in didn't work. there were just small issues from start to finish, it really started to add up.

stained carpets mini-fridge absence
the hotel location proved convenient it allowed easy access to various attractions
i was annoyed by the absence of a mini-fridge in the room i needed it for storing drinks. the room felt quite dated and worn the furniture looked old. also i noticed stained carpets which was unpleasant.
